Our mission is to bridge this gap by offering affordable solutions that unlock scalability, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency.


Since our establishment in April 2024, we've been based in Barcelona, extending our services globally to businesses fluent in French, English, or Spanish.

Hi, I'm Hervé, a seasoned professional with a passion for enhancing customer experiences. With over two decades of expertise gained from leading multinational brands like Treatwell, Decathlon, H&M, COS, and Apple, I've honed strategies to propel companies and departments to new heights.


My background in architecture from the École d'architecture de la Ville et des Territoires de Paris, coupled with a strong foundation in mathematics, equips me with a unique perspective in crafting innovative solutions.


Living in Barcelona since 2012, I've also contributed my skills to Spanish LegalTech Abogados para tus deudas, further enriching my diverse experience.


Driven by my commitment to excellence, I'm dedicated to elevating customer satisfaction to its zenith. Notably, my efforts were recognized at Treatwell, where I was honored for making significant strides in enhancing the Customer Experience in 2017.
